We offer a 15-day return policy for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact hi@luxebirch.com for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return, credited to the original payment method. Personalized items may have a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.
